I hear people make comments such as, "I used to work out 1.5 to 2 hours a day and then I just stopped", or "I have a garage full of equipment, I just do not use it".

Why do people stop, and why dont they use their equipmetn?

I believe it is because they are confused, mislead, and have heard too many lies. They are confused by all of the bad information and claims that they see and hear on television and in magazines. They are misled by false claims of spot reduction, and fitness models with perfect bodies demonstrating the benefits of certain exercise machines that do not do what the advertisement claims. After too many lies, they no longer know what to believe and frustration sets in and they give up too quickly.
